i loved this book…..a rich story and hard to put down. However i iddntified numerous typos/errors. Would it be useful for me t send them to you so perhaps they can be corrected?
Hi Cyndi, thanks for getting in touch and I’m delighted you enjoyed the book so much. Thanks also re the typos which unfortunately slipped through the editing stage. However, the book has recently been re-edited and I’m confident these have been amended now. I appreciate you contacting me, it’s always lovely to hear from readers. Best wishes Sue.
Hi Sue I really enjoyed the book that I found had just the right blend of complexities and depth of characters. Just a gentle word, however, on the ‘obvious’ view that Niall and Erin were too young to make the decision to make their unplanned situation work. I became a father aged 15 during half-term, my girlfriend 16 and we knew that we were made for each other but that life would be tough. Still madly in love with 2 children and 4 grandchildren at the age of 68. Stay safe xx
Hi Alan, thanks for your message. That’s lovely to hear how it’s all worked out for you – I do like a happy ending. I met my husband when I was 15 and we married when I was 18 – we’ve 4 children and 2 grandchildren. Of course, The Girl Who Lied is just a story and the ‘obvious’ view being that of the characters to fit the narrative. I’m glad you enjoyed it. You take care too. x
